Tiny chicks in ER

Babies arrived this morning but opening the box was so sad little dead chicks.Out of 14 only 3 moving well the rest flat out so went into ER mode on four that I think had a breath of life. Is there are point of No return for little ones or as long as the breath do I fight on?? Have no problem with whatever it will take I Hate tiny dead bodies!

I've heard stories here of flat, dead chicks being recussitated with gentle rubbing under a warming lamp.... good luck, and i am so sorry you're facing this...

I would put a half cup sugar for each gallon of water, and I am very sorry.

Nothing is dead until it is warm and dead. If you can get them warmed up and drinking you'll have a pretty good chance.

Two are coming back to life the others

. Can you feed mashed up egg yolk they are so weak am barely getting water and electrolites in them. I use to feed mashed eggs to my baby cockatiels!!??

Mashed up egg yolk is great for them. Good luck!! You're sure trying hard, I hope it works out for you. They're lucky little guys to have someone who will give them a shot.

Thank you for all the encouragement Have six up and going so far not very strong yet but peeping and moving, lost 8

. I know the next 48hrs will be nip and tuck but the good advise here will help! They are so little and cute but I want them to grow strong fast!!
