I have a duck who has been sitting on eggs for quite a while. She was gathering the other ducks eggs and they are hatching up to a week apart. Yesterday we saw that we were going to have a new duckling as the egg had been pipped and started to zip. I came out this morning and the new duckling was still wet but outside of the nest behind the food tray. Still wet but cold. I placed her under the mom but I’m not sure why she would move her out? In the process of these eggs hatching I did find what I believe to have been maybe a blood ring egg that exploded and I wonder if the bacteria it’s going to cause for the death of this other duckling and the mom knew it. Advice?

Poor duckling!
She probably got out of the best on her own like @sourland said, and should be okay if she fluffs up. I currently don't raise ducks, so I don't know that much about them.
