Tiny eggs

Good afternoon Chicken Friends,

My hens have been producing eggs for 6-7 weeks.
They are making the tiniest little eggs.
My question is this: Will the size of the egg change with time?
I'm curious if the eggs start small, then as the hen matures the eggs may get grow/get bigger too. Or if smaller eggs are just what you get with organic feed.

I think these small eggs are coming from my New Hampshire Reds (not my Buff Orpingtons.)

Also, adding on to my egg size question; Can heat affect the egg size? I'm in central Texas and our day temps hover right around 100° this time of year.
The chicks have shade and extra water.

When young pullets are beginning to lay eggs, they’ll often produce tiny eggs known as “fart eggs” or “fairy eggs”. They often don’t have a yolk. Not to worry, they’ll become full sized as the hen matures and becomes more used to laying!

It depends on the breed of chicken. Some chicken breeds lay tiny eggs. I was also just reading that small eggs can mean a salt deficiency.

Can heat affect the egg size?

Yes. Water is diverted to cooling the body rather than pumping up the egg volume.
How small is small? Pics with a quarter coin for size scale would help here.
Weight in grams would be good too if you have a kitchen scale.
It can take days to weeks to months for pullet eggs to get up to a 'large' size.

Pullet eggs are not the same as fart eggs.

I’m interested to know this too, as my barred rocks and RIR’s eggs never changed in size after her first few, and they were always a bit smaller than grocery store eggs.
