She has turned out to be an unremarkable little black hen. Nothing odd about her and she is about the size and shape of a d'Uccle. She hangs out with a blue Silkie and a Wyandotte and they are a lot of fun to watch as they run from one end of the yard to the other chasing bugs all day. They are all friendly though and will come right up to me. She does not particularly like to be picked up but once I do, she does not seem to mind it. I have a recent pic somewhere that I will post shortly.
