Not to hijack, but is that what my problem is??? I too have a thyroid problem and stay tired but wake up quickly and can't go back to sleep???

Could be....I had a ton of other signs/symptoms too.....heart palpitations, weight loss no matter what I ate (dropped down to 78 lbs), muscle weakness, and others. A simple blood test can tell them if your tyroid is out of whack....it checks the T3 and T4 hormone levels that the thyroid produces as well as the TSH the pituitary gland produces. Yours could be hypoactive meaning not producing enough of one or both T hormones or Hyperactive like mine and producing too much of one or both. Hypo makes you gain weight and hyper makes you lose it primarily.

I have hypothyroidism for which I take daily meds. This summer is doing me in. And Tiny, among other things, isn't helping.
