I also mix egg shells into her food.

Egg shells should not be mixed in the food. They like the oyster shell should be offered separately. It would not be a bad thing to have her on layer feed too.

I am wondering why she hasn't laid any eggs for 3 days? Does she not like her nest spot anymore? I made it more covered because it was only two sided now it is three and I put some hay in it to make it more comfy for her.

She laid an egg this afternoon, she was just skipping a few days.
