Tiny white flecks in poop?

I could ID if it were tapeworm segments with a closer up clear photo.
This photo is literally 3" from the poop, lol. My camera just can't focus any closer! They are NOT moving, I really stared a while and nothing. They are all very uniform shape and size too, which makes me wonder if they weren't some tiny seed or fly larvae ON the poop? I did find a few regular old fly maggots in some moister pieces.

Picture is not a really good view, but how old are your birds and have any started molt yet this year? Sometimes feather shaft dust from new feather sheaths is mistaken for parasites.
If you do see any that move, even a little, then tapeworm is likely.

Birds are 2 1/2 years old, molted earlier this year but are fully feathered now. But no movement at all, which wouldn't be the case if they are tapeworm, no?

Depends on how fresh the droppings are. Tapeworm segments will sometimes move for a time, but will eventually stop. Can you get a fecal done to confirm or rule out?

Actually tapeworm segments work their way onto and into the soil where they release eggs. The eggs are then eaten by insects.
Fly larva, aka small maggots can be seen moving around also.
So, if there's nothing moving, maybe it's speckled urates.
