Yup!! The big end is where the air cell is, so it's the pointy end down in the turners!!​

I'm just starting to sell my eggs and a guy that used to package eggs turned them over and told me that.

I've always done tip down. I write the date on the rounded end so that's the side I put up.

Tip down also keeps the yolk suspended in the middle of the white, which makes for nicely centered yolks on fried eggs.
