Tips for getting the first eggs?

I have 6 girls, one year old Americauna that lays one egg daily and 5 golden sex links that are 6 or 7 months old and the same size as my matriarch Americauna. None of the 5 links have laid an egg yet.. any tips on getting them to start?

Best tip I can give you is WAIT, nothing you can really do except feed them have clean water and provide stress free coop/environment and wait.
