What egg cleanser do you use, and where do you get it? (Does this mean I’m headed back to Tractor Supply? )

Those fruits and herbs in the back ground is how I deworm my flock, used this method several years, I usually deworm this way about twice a month, my hens are not fully free range, i do turn them out very day (kinda like I would the horses) and bring em back in few hours later for their safety, otherwise I keep them in large runs, would like to get an idea of how often other poultry owners deworm their flocks whether it be by organic means or with conventional dewormer's, all comments are welcomed
