Tips on how to get my hens to lay!

Ok, So Before I got chicks in april, I had them until a week ago.. And only one laid.. and it was two eggs.
I fed them the dumar feed an what not, anyway, Now I have BLRW that was hatche in spring, and not one egg yet.
My phoenix bantams was laying but just completely stopped now.
I fee them now the Minonight feed, 16% protein and has so much diffrent stuff in it.
I let them all free range, so what am I doing wrong?

you say you did put them on layer feed??...thats is good....but they also need 14 hours of light.....the days are shorter now...so you need to add light to the coop....

A light in the coop and a little extra protein in the diet can help, but isn't guaranteed. They ought to start laying fairly soon on their own anyway, probably within a couple of months.
