NONE of my friends or associates or co-workers call me names because of the chickens.
All the name calling happened when I got my pot bellied pigs.

Now, it is just another wierd thing I am doing and nobody even bats a eye.
They don't comment about the chickens nearly as much as they do my "FLANNEL" shirts.

So, I am unique.
I don't have a problem being different.

Different strokes for different folks !

I am respected even if I am the most "DIFFERENT" person they have ever met.

Oner here in Australia, redkneck isnt a word, we are called "bogans"

, i live to be bogan although in realtiy i am nt a true bogan, my family tell me we are definately not bogan but i convince them that i AM bogan and i am proud of it!!!! Like seriously if you own lots of animals, have a long naturestrip, wear bogan clothes, are sunburnt, have no teeth, and talk like a real aussie hen you are a bogan, now I dont fit many of those catagories and i do have ALL my teeth (

) but i dont want to be the norm i am me, and i wear wierd clothes, right now i am in a teashirt and underpants but i dont care, although i do find it humourous lol

So... what do these people eat? I mean, if they think anyone who raises animals is a filthy, backwoods (aka ineducated about such things as sanitation, disease control, etc) then why in the world would they buy food from such folks?

Talk about ignorant... at least you know what's in your eggs.

We get called hill billys! I just let them think what they want! Some day when there is no food to buy at the store, I will have food and we will see who the hill billy is then!

silly people, eggs don't come chickens. they come from stores.

my chickens beat up factory chickens.

For real I wish these people would go to a chicken factory and see how those birds were really treated.
Think that would make them sick?
