1) What type of bird, age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
The pullets are breeds Speckled sussex, Splash maran, Austrolorp, and BBS Ameraucana. They are about 12 weeks old and growing at different rates but all still growing
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Their behavior is normal most of the time, but sometimes they just return to their run during free range for no apparent reason just to chill out. I'm not sure if this is normal or not.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
About 3 days
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
Yes
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
Possibly stress from integration into original flock. It has also been quite cold for our area lately, at least in the morning.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Grass, regular food, grit, sunflower seeds, herbs and water.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Normal most of the time, sometimes a little runny.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Just some electrolytes to pep them up a little.
10) Describe the housing/bedding in use
Housing is tight because the hatchery sent double the chicks we were supposed to have, we use rice straw as bedding

No rooster? Sometimes my hens will return to the run when the rooster issues a warning. We have hawks in the area and he keeps out an eye for his ladies. Maybe even without a rooster, yours sense something amiss? Winter is a bad time for predators because they tend to be hungrier than usual.

No, we don't have a rooster. However, one of them was killed by a cat a few weeks ago, so they may just be extra cautious of that. Or they might be getting food. They usually only spend about 10 minutes in their run before they come back out again, so it may just be me being paranoid

It's normal for chickens to relax during the day. They may even doze off while sunbathing.
Completely normal.

It is so easy to be paranoid. So many things can go wrong! I have a silkie who has been acting funny for days and another silkie that was just egg-bound. I'm paranoid, too! It sounds like everything is okay with your flock. They tend to be followers, lol. If one decided to go in, they all might just be following. My one suggestion is to be sure that you feed them enough good feed for their age and not too many treats so they get their nutritional needs met. I also add Rooster Booster to my water daily, but you do the electrolytes. I have only had chickens for about 19 months, so I am far from an expert.
