Tis Time for a March 2020 Hatch-a-long!

I think I'm just going to start dumping Bailey's into my coffee before I start homeschooling each day :lau
I told my sister! "Time to start day drinking!" I'm so not cut out for homeschooling. Today was the first day. We started at noon. It wasn't until 5:30 that I finished setting up all the apps and various logins on their tablet. We found out one website would only work on a desktop. So we had to pull out and dust off our dinosaur. What a mess. This time frame did include small bouts of assisting with actual school work. All the while my kids were complaining "that's not how the teacher does it!" Plus my husband is working from home for 2 weeks and set himself up at the kitchen table...even though he has an office downstairs.

Yup, definitely the year to take up day drinking.

It's funny you guys are talking about having to homeschool. This was the first year my 15 year old went to public school after being homeschooled his whole life. Now this happened and he's back home for a while. My 12 year old was still home. Now he's having to get used to his brother being around during the day again.

The fifth Cream Legbar busted hatched. 5/5 males. :th
Sorry to hear all are males, but at least you know from the get go. Last chicken hatch I did I had to wait weeks to discover 13/16 were cockerels and my bantams day old were 6/8 cockerels.
I keep telling myself my single remaining Welsummer and my sex-linked olive eggers are all males so I won't be disappointed at hatch if that's what pops out lol

Was he disappointed in having to be homeschooled again?
