Tissue stuck on Chic

We had a friend take over while we were on vacation and ran into incubator issues. Only one chic hatched and it was on day 23. Then stayed in incubator to avoid taking lid off and messing up others in there. We waited a few hours to be safe then removed the chic. This is dried and stuck to it's rear. What do we do? Can it safely be removed?

DO NOT TOUCH! On a good day, that is a piece of umbilical cord and/ or un absorbed yolk. It should fall off on its own in that case, but if you pull on it, you might damage your chicken’s intestines.

I'm pretty sure that's the umbilical cord and it will fall off on its own. Just keep the baby warm and dry and leave the cord alone.
