So, I already have a coop, albeit a very mismatched one. It used to be a 4 season duck tractor, and it is very sturdy. I used it for 4-12 ducks. It is 4.5' tall, 6' wide, and 8.5' long. Here is a picture:

I have two options. I am going to now be raising chickens (again) and turkeys, as well as maybe some ducks or quail.
Option 1:
I modify this coop, give it some walls, take out the middle partition, and floor the outside part. Make it into one large, permanent coop (not a tractor) and use it for young turkeys, and all chickens.
Option 2:
I keep this coop as is, besides taking out the middle. I can use it for quail, or turkeys. (Or perhaps ducks). Then, I build a totally different one for chickens.
What is the best option?
