So, my girls are just about out of food, but I won't be able to get more until tomorrow or sunday. I have bits and pieces of various grains in my pantry and I thought that I would take this opportunity to clean it out. Question is, does it need to be cooked? I have lentils, quinoa, wild rice, oats, bulgar wheat, etc.

    Thanks!

The oats are ok, but I would cook everything else.

Never give any birds, chickens included, uncooked beans. They can eat uncooked rice and all the others fine, but the lentils and any other bean must be cooked.
