To Cull Or Not To Cull: Advice Appreciated

On the question of the head bowing and standing, it might just be that she's not feeling too hot. I had a polish that got pecked on the top of her skull dome really bad that acted like that (she's still off a bit weeks later, but she is good enough to be with the group again and the agressing males are gone). There were several times she would be sleeping and I would think she had passed away.

Glad that your vet was helpful. Many of us don’t have vets who will se, or who know how to treat chickens. It is getting better though with so many backyard flocks. Chicken pus starts out viscous and thick, and then turns to a solid waxy material, the longer it is there. That is common in respiratory eye infections and bumblefoot. I cannot imagine going back to work right now immune-compromised and with Covid every where. Let us know know how Floppy gets along. Hope she gets a bit better every day.
