to whoever wants to answer this:

How old are the peacocks and how big is the pen? If all of them are kept together then the males will have some scraps for dominance. It is good that you have 1 hen per peacock. It might be worse if it was 1 peahen and 3 peacocks.

A peacock establishes territory in the breeding season where he struts his stuff trying to attract peahens. All three peacocks will be competing for their own area to display. Chances are 1 peacock will breed all the peahens and the others won't be able to but it depends... Here I have a pen with 8 peafowl - 4 peahens & 4 peacocks. Of those 4 peacocks, one is a few years older than the rest which makes him the dominant bird. Two of the peacocks are just now becoming adults as they are turning three. At age two the dominant, mature, peacock was chasing them around and sometimes kicking them to show them he is in charge and he has breeding rights. This chasing would happen for several days straight. For one of the younger peacocks, the adult peacock pecked several of his crest feathers off and left a bloody mark on the back of his head from pecking on him a lot. I separated them for a few days to let the younger peacock heal. The last male is too young to be an issue but this breeding season I am sure he will be picked on. I am going to separate all the boys now that they are all adults. I don't want them to all fight and I want all of my pretty boys to get their own peahen instead of the dominant peacock hogging them all.

Peafowl always have a little drama just to establish the pecking order. Peahens will pick at other peahens, etc. Normally it doesn't get too violent but I would just keep an eye on the peacocks if you keep them all in the same pen.

right now they are too busy dodging the guinnies, which are 2 weeks older, they are being pecked. So I really can't tell who's dominant !

Oh it will be a long time before they get to fighting. Since they are growing up together they might not be that aggressive to each other when they get older. When they get around three years old is when you have to watch for fighting.

here are some pix of them!

never mind my pm, i see you already have my breed. you should be able to sex them now! pull out their wings, the peacocks (males) will have a rusty red color on the flight feathers. the peahens (females) will have a plain chocolate brown color on their flight feathers. pull their wings all the way out and look, you'll see what i mean.
