I was looking at the toads last night, I have noticed their growth weight really plateauing now. The Doms and SS I with them are nearly the same height at this time. Of course, the toads have them on girth, but they have slowed down, I like that. They would be butchering size if they were CX's.
While you could eat them now they have not filled out enough and would be small and too large of bones for the meat. I think these are good things. I took some pictures I hope to post today.
I wish I could get more eggs from the toads and send them out faster. I just do not have enough. Hopefully some of the chicks will be laying in July and I can send them to those of you in the south when us up here dare not hatch anymore.
Momof2+3 should have toads with eggs in August, if you can talk her out of some. Holms after that and we should be able to ship them into October with luck.
