Toads and Ducks

So today I went to let my ducks out, and in their day-pen there were two toads! Will they eat them? Are there side-effects from eating them? Thanks!

we have tiny baby toads hoping around the garden.. the chicks run out there and beat them around but they never do eat them.. I think they must taste awful.. I used to have a dog that would lick them and then foam at the mouth for a good 15 min.. dont know why he would do it again but he always would?

I doubt your ducklings will eat them.. especaily after they taste one.

I saw one of my female mallards swallow a "frog" (not toad) whole. It was a bit discomforting to watch, but she was fine afterwards.
