well today is day 14 and i have 112 cornetix eggs in the bator. i am not sure when i should lock them down? i have been incubating chicken eggs for a while but this is my first quail hatch. so i need all the help i can get the temp is holding at 99.5 and the humidity is 38%.

You should lock them down at day 14 (so today). 3 days before due date so the chicks can position themselves to hatch

IN FACT THATS WHY YOU ARENT SUPPOSED TO OPEN THE BATOR OFTEN DURING LOCKDOWN--- TO KEEP THE HUMIDITY UP.

Thanks for everyones help i havent been home yet today to see if i got any babies or not yet. keeping my fingers crossed that i do.
