Today is Day 14 when should i lockdown the bator?

well today is day 14 and i have 112 cornetix eggs in the bator. i am not sure when i should lock them down? i have been incubating chicken eggs for a while but this is my first quail hatch. so i need all the help i can get the temp is holding at 99.5 and the humidity is 38%.

You should lock them down at day 14 (so today). 3 days before due date so the chicks can position themselves to hatch

I'm not quite certain... does lockdown mean stop turning the eggs, or stop opening the incubator, or both?

Lockdown means, stop turning the eggs. Up the humidity and stop opening the bator. Lock it down. (Means keep your hands off)

shouldn't the humidity be raised up higher when you go into lock down as well?
