today is day 14

no dh wont let me open the incubator
I told him to wait longer before he tried to incubate them but he wouldnt listen to me Now we have so many eggs that I dont know what to do with them all. I want to sell them but I want to check fertility first so I guess in 2 more days I will reset more eggs.
Its funny shelly there is one egg in there that looks like it pipped but that was 2 days ago and now there is one with a hole in it but no little beak pecking on the egg. Oh well . I know when we moved them to the hatching tray there were some that felt like they were empty. and then some felt heavy. I dont know.

You should have candled them when you moved them, it doesn't hurt them to cool off a bit. You can most always tell at least if there is something in there. I hope you get a few babies.

I am doing about the same thing. I only waited three days to put the first eggs in. It does get a bit ridiculous when you look at all eggs as potential chicks. When you convince you husband to not throw everyone into the hatcher please convince me too!!!!!
I need help.......

I dont have a hatching tray, I left mine in the egg turner. Should I take out the egg turner and place them on the wire?

I dont think these guys are too picky, they seem to hatch no matter what. I just went to turn the eggs again and my daughter claims I "shrieked".
After I found a container I put 26 quail into a brooder.
There is hope for his eggs yet....
