The mobil processing unit has arrived. The birds are 11 week old cornish and are 8-11 lbs live weight, I am interested to see how much they dress out at. lets see how this goes. Who is first?

We have butchered 56 CX this weekend and I'm so glad it's done. I'm exhausted!

Mobile processing unit??? Wow, we are lucky if we get a bookmobile every couple of years. I hear the amish will butcher for a price but I still do the duty myself.
