Here is my hatch so far:

2 - Silver Laced Wy
2 - Golden Comets
5 - Buff/BLack crossed Orpingtons

STILL HATCHING!!


My observation is that out of the Buff/Black Orpingtons cross there appears to be black with brown faced chicks AND one that is almost all brown.

Could it be that these can be sexed by the color or do you think it will just be random??

I had one brown one hatch from a broody a week ago also... hmmm
