Today starts HATCH DAY for my Bator - MORE PICS :)

Today starts lockdown for me starting today. I expect hatching on Wednesday 11/04/09
Here are a couple issues we have had with incubating this set:

First, this incubator has not had much luck in the past so when I got it from my dad I added a FAN from an old computer. This seemed to stabilize the temps nicely so I feel good about that.

Second, part way through I bought a second thermometer and after a week of incubating I discovered the temps may have been off some. I am hoping it was not enough to matter much.

As far as the temps being off goes, if they were a bit low it could delay your hatch a bit, but all should be well.
