You need a White or very light colored long sleve button down. Wear a T-shirt under.

If you sweat in a white shirt----no one knows.
Sweat in a blue shirt -----PIT STAINS!

go to the store and buy a new mechanical pencil (dosen't need a sharpener) and a ball point pen. Don't go crazy, black plastic is great. You don't need a gold inlay Cross penset, just MAKE SURE THEY WORK!!
Don't bring a pen that says "This pen was stolen from Joe's bar and Grill" or anything else.

Nothing worse than them handing you something to fill out and you having to beg for a pen.

A fresh shower and high strenght anti perspirant (like Michum scent free) goes without saying. (but you'd be surprised at what I've seen)
NO COLOGNE OR AFTERSHAVE!!!
They don't care what you smell like as long as it ain't stank.

No Jewlery. ONE wedding ring if you have one That's IT Nothing else. If you have holes in your face, lip, ears, nose belly button, toungue etc... TAKE THEM OUT! trust me, the holes WILL NOT close up in the two hours it takes for a job interview.

That's all I can think of..
Go out there and take no prisoners!

TONS of good advice here Mark.
My husband has done management for 20 years and conducted plenty of interviews in that time.
Dressing well is always good advice. The things my DH has come home and told me about the way people showed up... He personally never goes on an interview without a suit and tie, no matter what the position. If you'd wear it to a wake, it's probably fine for an interview. This is not the time to wear your "My Pet Makes Me Breakfast" T-shirt under your white button down

I like the advice of no sneakers too. Have seen men and women all dressed to the nines but still wearing running shoes. Sort of ruins the effect!
I also really like the advice of saying you are excited instead of saying you are nervous.
You have plenty of experience for this job and I think you'll do fine. Don't fidget!
I think I would also add that if you don't hear anything in a few days or after the time they told you, to go back again and inquire. It never hurts to make it look like you really want the job!
Good luck hun!
