I put her pads on, and sent her down the hill. I wasn’t planning on doing it so soon, but I know she’s ready. Unfortunately, she psyched herself out, and fell. Hard! Two of the pads were too loose, and she got scraped up. One bled a little.
She has decided that she’s too injured to move now. She really is okay, but you know she likes being pampered.

I was making a few loaves of bread, and wanted cinnamon raisin. Duckling had the ability, so I had her handle it.
She hasn’t been willing to actually eat cinnamon rolls before, but the allure of the cutting tool (dough scraper) had her wanting to make rolls instead. Then she wanted to make balls.

I just downloaded A Tiger Like Me by Michael Engler . I liked it, and Duckling seemed to enjoy it enough that she will likely ask for it tomorrow too. It’s my free kindle book for the month. I think I’d buy the paperback if I saw it (on sale) in the store.
