Hahaha! The gal from work, she is so classical from Massachusetts. She's rough, no nonsense, in your face, but not really rude. A bit loud. She's great! And my drinking buddy is a transplant from New Jersey. I think he may be termed a Guido? He's half Italian and half Cuban, and he can totally pull of the " ey, I'm a walk-in ere! " Thing. He's a fun guy! Oh, we have kid friendly pubs here. I did not realize that it wasn't common in other areas, but Montana has always been a little weird about beer. Billings Montana is one of the top microbrewery towns in America. Even my dad brews in the basement.
I was living in Ohio, and I knew that they called it pop because of my mother. I looked it up in all of the dictionaries. Finally, I think it was number six, said, "A slang term for soda".
