I have a mountain west accent, it overlaps with Midwest, Minnesota, and a little twang. It sounds a lot like Midwest with a slight regional twist. I argued with a kid from Buffalo NY about pop versus soda when I was a kid myself. Memories!
 
I was living in Ohio, and I knew that they called it pop because of my mother. I looked it up in all of the dictionaries. Finally, I think it was number six, said, "A slang term for soda".
 
Oh! Duckling called the vacuum a sweeper. I told her that I understood, but if I am raising her, it is a vacuum. I won't enforce it. This is Pennsylvania. But, she needs to know if she leaves the state.
 
Hahaha! The gal from work, she is so classical from Massachusetts. She's rough, no nonsense, in your face, but not really rude. A bit loud. She's great! And my drinking buddy is a transplant from New Jersey. I think he may be termed a Guido? He's half Italian and half Cuban, and he can totally pull of the " ey, I'm a walk-in ere! " Thing. He's a fun guy! Oh, we have kid friendly pubs here. I did not realize that it wasn't common in other areas, but Montana has always been a little weird about beer. Billings Montana is one of the top microbrewery towns in America. Even my dad brews in the basement.

I was in Billings, and ordered a Screwdriver for breakfast. I was joking. I had forgotten that they had the free flowing policy. I know a guy named TJ from there. He was actually in the truck stop at the time.
 
I was making a video for you guys, and realized something. I have some words that change. "roof and ruhf" "root and route" but I didn't realize that "and' is a mood thing.
I deleted the video.
