I think that is the funniest picture!! That was after the first game.
I didn't remember Candy Land being so easy. I was worried it would be more confusing. So glad to be wrong! We will surely be playing a lot tomorrow!

I love that game! I always thought it would be fun to throw a Candy Land party!

Most of my parties are family friendly. I have visions of a big room set up like the board game with large colored squares leading you to different tables... Candy hearts, gumdrop mountain, gingerbread houses, the lollypop table, the peppermint table & my personal favorite the mud table covered all in chocolate, plus one of those chocolate fountains... (I know its supposed to be molasses, but that just kills my vision.) I would shake it up a little & instead of the playing cards I would make giant foam dice that people could roll & actually play if they wanted... It would be a total blast to plan & would make great pictures, but all those kids hepped up on sugar could end up being a disaster!!!
