Hello! so we recently added a tom to our mixed flock, he gets along with everyone great including our 2 silkie roosters. However, our little sebright bantam roo challenges him and tries to fight with him. So now the tom tries to run him off. Even though the turkey almost tramples the sebright, the sebright keeps flying at him.

I´m not to sure what to do, I don´t want the sebright to get hurt, but he´s edging our tom on.
Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Hard to predict what might happen. I once had a RIR rooster who was constantly starting fights with a Muscovy drake. One day while I was away the drake killed the rooster, injured a hen and was no longer safe around chickens. I would separate them if they were mine. Breeding season is coming, and a tom with no turkey hens may very well try to breed your chicken hens. He is capable of inadvertently hurting or even killing them.

Like @sourland said, you should separate them. The tom will need hens and breeding season is getting close. Also, that tiny bantam could get hurt or killed if he is unlucky. I had an OEGB that would try to fight with my RIR rooster and the RIR was never able to hit him because he was so small, one day we came out and the OEGB was missing a large amount of skin on his neck, the RIR finally got him. A tom is so much bigger than that roo, he could hurt or kill it easily if he catches him.

Well that's good. The bantam roo could still be easily injured though, so if he does not stop you might want to separate him from the tom.

Yes I’m keeping that in mind. I’ll definitely separate if needed. I’m just hoping to sort this out so I don’t have to build a pen.

I understand. I of course did my research and knew this before hand. But I do know some people who keep various fowl together peacefully. I was hoping they would as long as they have enough space. Especially since we used to keep them together ourselves and didn’t have any problems. It’s going to be difficult to build a pen with all the snow here. There’s actually a storm outside rn, we’re supposed to get 13 inches :barnie

We already have that snow, you can have it. As long as the rooster can't be cornered you may be okay. It generally is okay up until it's not. With my turkeys the hens are the worse for harassing my chickens and ducks when they are out.
