Tom attacked hen - Help!

Hello. My tom has slowly been getting more aggressive. He attacked a submissive, sweet turkey hen over the weekend. I have them separated and she is inside recovering. I just need some advice on how best to help her. Her head and neck were basically raw and nothing but blood. Her eyes are all swollen and shut. I've been trying to slightly dab with a warm cloth/towel to clean her up but I dont want to make it worse. Any advice? Thank you!

How much room do they have?
The only time I had a opposite sex turkey violence, with injury, was when they were confined and they couldn't get away.
Some people say 100 square feet per turkey. But some birds get along better than others.

Paint the wounds with Blu-Kote.

Get rid of that tom.

Ok. I can put Blu-Kote on her. I already have found a new home for the tom. He started getting aggressive with kids recently too. Ever since he went through a hard molt at the end of the summer, he's been very cranky.
