Tom turkey pulling out own feathers

I have two toms and two hens. They are last year hatches. The Tom has been bare chested since early December. He is pulling out own feathers. I don't see any parasites on him. He is healthy looking besides missing feathers. The other 3 feathers are fine. Any ideas what's his problem?

I would guess he is wearing out his chest feathers with frequent mating ! That's what happened to mine. LOL

This happened on one of my toms during the spring, while he struts he constantly rubs his feathers against things including fences, and they wear out. At least this was the case in mine.

Our Tom rubs the fence and has a bare chest due to that.
