Tom turkey with attitude!

We have a total for four turkeys.. got lucky by ending up with 2 Toms and 2 Hens.. Turk (my Bf's daughter named him) is the oldest by about a month maybe two. He survived a dog attack and a coon attack. but now he is being a total pain!
He only will do it to me and my boyfriends daughter. we can just be sitting there and he will literally get a foot within each of us if not closer and will keep all puffed up, he even decided to start lifting his leg at us, luckily no spurs yet.
We will get him to move away but within a couple minutes he is back no matter how far we get him to go.
He doesn't do it to anyone else just us. (very much a pain!)

Anyone have any suggestions to get him to cool it around us?

I wonder if we could take him down. His daughter I know will def need help. I on the other hand have been considering putting a chain on his leg so he can only go so far lol then letting him go when I am not gonna be around.
