Tom with possible Mycoplasmosis. What to do?

This boy is slated for the freezer eventually. He's not quite a year old and I think he has mycoplasmosis. Is it ok to butcher him now, or will his meat be tainted? He eats and drinks just fine, but he doesn't display at all, or even elongate his snood. He probably doesn't feel great either. I'd rather not put antibiotics into him.
