I just posted a thread the other day about my roo suddenly dying and my flock having a lot of watery droppings, possibly diarrhea.
I just realized that I gave my flock all my round red tomatoes (about 4) just because I got turned off by the tomatoe recall announcement. At the time, the warning concerned only Roma's and no outbreaks were yet reported in AK. I did just read that round, red tomatoes are affected and should be avoided.
My dead roo went in the trash and was picked up by the trash service this a.m. I'm thinking the tomatoes could have made my flock sick. Possible?
Sorry, I don't know how to include a link to my previous post. It was called "why did my rooster just die?" in case anyone would like to read it.
