Is it true that uncooked peas and greenbeans are not good?

I think it means that the dry variety of peas and beans need to be cooked first. They would absorb the liquid in the digestive tract and expand causing way too much pressure. It's the same for rice.

All my emus, turkeys and chickens LOVE tomatoes. I'm more than certain that after more than a decade of feeding my chickens tomatoes, I would have noticed some decline in health or whatnot if they had any adverse effects.

My girls love 'em, and any colorful vege/fruit they can get, squash, eggplant, watermelon, cantalopes, anything with color !
they are given as treats, and also grass I pull fresh daily.
