Too cold?

I'm sure it's been answered, but I'm not internet savvy, and only do online from cellphone out here.
It's about-3 here in canada, and chickens could have laid up to 12 hours ago. Would it be ok to start thr eggs in an incubator still, should I wait for next weekend and check and collect daily to keep the temperature higher?

I would collect early morning, as long as your eggs aren't frozen they may be ok, but it might affect your hatch rates.

It's actually a half domesticated goose I was hanging out with while on vacation in Toronto with the family, he was injured and quite aggressive but we turned into buds, lol
