Chick is completely unzipped and unable to push out because of being upsidedown. I would go ahead and help it out at this point.

Simply popping the top of the shell off the rest of the way should give the chick enough room to push out. Just put it right back in the incubator to stay warm and dry off.

oops sorry I double posted. Its out. And its crazy throwing itself all over the incubator. Is this chick black? It looks silver-ish. I didn’t help it. I hope it’s ok. It’s wildly thrashing around.

Yay! Yep, that's completely normal while they're figuring out how to use their feet. You'll also see it rest a lot and almost look dead but that's normal. Looks blue to me!

Yay! I was thinking Blue. Yay! Well whatever it is its a fighter. Im a little worried about my other egg. Have not seen movement or heard chirping in about 2 days. Doesn't mean it hasnt happened but I have not seen it. But its still early. I set my egg 3 weeks ago today but not until about 3:00 so its still officially day 20 I guess until 3:00ish

The fluff can change quite a lot once it grows out into feathers so you never know! I've had many little blues that look like this though. I love blue chickens!
