Too Early for Feb Hatch-A-Long Thread??

These arrived. Sadly they had been packaged upside down 😖. Ive put them in a plastic egg box the right way up and will check the air cells later. Will be getting onto the seller if i need to. (I also found the quail part of the forum, suppose i should be posting over there oops)

Oh no! I hope they all look good! I've hatched every poultry species I can get my hands on alongside the hatch-a-longs in this section. I think it's more fun to get to see all the different types of chicks hatching! I really want to see your quail hatch so I really hope that you stay with us! :D

I haven't been released 😂 I doubt till like Sunday.

I have a couple procedures today like an MRI and a scope down my throat to my heart to check my heart valves.

I'm not allowed to eat or drink until the scope is done so I'm hoping they do it soon

Well I hope everything looks good...and that you get to eat and drink again soon. That wait is never enjoyable.

Woke up to baby #7. A little F2 Olive egger. It doesn’t have a pea comb so I’m thinkig probably won’t lay Olive. Didn’t expect it to be light colored either! It’s going to be so interesting looking once it’s dry. So now 7/12 are hatched. Plus I have the 3 wild card eggs in there that I wasn’t sure about. We will see what today brings. No pips on any other eggs yet. About to start pulling the dry-ish chicks out.

Beautiful! I don't feel like Georgia ever really had a real winter this year, lol, I feel like I should have been gardening this entire time.

Ditto here in central Ohio (although we have a history of late-february snowstorms, so I should probably bite my tongue). We have had a couple of deep freezes for less than a week, and maybe one real snowfall, but other than that it's been rain, rain, and more rain. If it ever dries out enough I think I'll be able to get my garden tilled, and my chicken runs re-seeded a month early. Thanks global warming?

Are these from your own eggs?

Yeah as soon as the told me I couldn't drink after midnight my mouth instantly got dry 😂 it makes things worse when they tell you that you can't do something.

That's what happens when my husband tries to tell me no too...I just want it more. lol, I think he realized that because he says things like, "Whatever you think is best." or "I trust you to make the right decision." ...I feel like I'm required to make a mature decision when he does that to me, lol, but that's off the subject. :lau
