Too Early for Feb Hatch-A-Long Thread??

It's tough to keep up in the Easter hatch-a-long because there are usually SO MANY people that participate. It's great fun but last year the Easter hatch-a-long wasn't my first hatch, but it was my first hatch-a-long and I basically dropped out and occasionally popped in to check updates, lol. Hopefully this year now that I have participated in so many hatch-a-longs I'll stick to it. I have set up a lot of projects for myself to keep track of this month though, I'm doing the "Undesirable Egg Experiment", an accurate weight to air cell size example image on both Bantam and Standard sized eggs, the March hatch-a-long, Goose hatch-a-long, and now the Easter hatch-a-long...so hopefully I don't lose track of anything! :lau

You sure do have a lot going on! Going to be a busy (and fun) time! :)

I'd love to know how the Undesirable Egg Experiment turns out. I tried keeping more detailed hatch notes this time. Weight, pointy vs round, shell thickness, etc throughout the hatch, but am not sure what I'll do with it. Will keep learning from you all and maybe it'll be useful down the road, I guess. :)

Poop machine is a week old.

Awfully cute little poop machine! :jumpy

This is the link were I'm documenting the experiment if you want to follow. :)

Hey just popping in to give an update on the mule ducks. They'll be 4 weeks tomorrow. All of them are over a pound. Getting big! Most are black and yellow still with fluff. I saw real feathers coming in on the wings and tail. Here's one complaining while I try to get a pic.
