Too hot to cook...

Grilled pork loin. I drizzle olive oil then use what ever spices you like, can even marinade it in Italian dressing if you like, then heat grill, make sure your grill is hot. Sear all sides of the loin, then grill about 20 min, turning a few times so it doesn't burn. Check with a meat thermometer it is done when it reads 165. Take it off the grill wrap in foil for 10 min. to rest, do not skip this part! Enjoy! It is my favorite meal!
I use garlic and onion powder and Grill Mates

Montreal Steak Seasoning on it along with the olive oil!

Throw some chicken legs or pork chops in the crockpot and season with your favorite seasoning. Then put a spoon in the lid to let the steam out .Its like a mini oven.
 
Breakfast for dinner is good! I could eat tacos or like everyday. It is quick and easy. Does not make much heat either.
