Too lazy to..........

Awhile back I was too lazy to collect eggs........ and when I finally did, I cracked open one just to see how it's like and lo and behold there was an embryo! I feel bad, because of my laziness the chick was already forming, granted it wasn't far along but you can tell there was something there! TBF, I have Oriental Gamefowls and they were having a dry spell prior to it so I figure there wouldn't be any eggs for awhile. Anyway, I shall try not to be soo lazy next time (gonna be difficult).

That happened to me one summer. One hen was known for sitting and I was a busy mom of twins and didn’t collect them as often as I should have and found a few that way. But my boys are now a bit older and it’s easier to collect eggs daily.
