Ouch! I only pay 2.00 square bale!And I don't know about the US but straw here is increasingly hard to find and bloody expensive! 10.00 per square bale!!
I'm in the center of cow country! Even the local general store sells it @ 2.50!!!Ahhh, I miss those 2.00 a bale days, if I was into cash cropping you know I'd be planting wheat!!

Where are u? I'm in Maine.How lucky are you! Wow, I even went as far as stopping in at some local dairy farms thinking surely they would have some but it's so hard to come by they switched to shavings. So after calling every feed store in the county I finally found the last 4 bales at one of them and yup 10 bucks a bale. I don't know what I'm going to do next foaling season, I need it for the foaling stall![]()
or even better, load up a wagon, drive down here park at a feed store and sell it, you'd make a small fortune. Lol
