We have roughly 25 birds and right now I have 6 hens who have decided they want to hatch. I put the 2 sisters who did it on the same day into our smaller growout coop. I have another in a dog kennel in the coop. I've tried breaking 2 others with no luck yet. I've literally run out of space to put these grumpy ladies. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do with all these moody Mommas? I don't have the room to let them all hatch right now and I only have 1 broody breaker. Help!

Are you elevating the broody breaker cages so cool air reaches the underside of the hens?
It usually only takes 2 or 3 days if enough cool air is allowed to circulated under them. You can even use a fan.

I've tried many techniques but an elevated wire bottom cage with no bedding works quickest. When I was growing up, we had a flock of 100 leghorns for egg sales. We had about 5 homemade cages hanging from the ceiling of the hen house. Seemed like there were always 2 or 3 hens in broody jail.
This technique has been used successfully for centuries. It is a tried and true method.
If caught early, it usually takes a couple days. You just can't give them the opportunity to plunk down on the ground or anything solid.
