I currently have five, 11-week old chickens outside in a coop. 2/5 of these chickens are confirmed cockerels and will be culled next week.

I’m concerned that out of the remaining 3 chickens, two more are cockerels 🥲. The breed is just developing slower.

Obviously, our one pullet shouldn’t be alone. Would you recommend waiting to add more pullets to my flock after I have culled ALL cockerels? Or, should I introduce them after I cull the first two cockerels and before I cull the final two cockerels?

I want to support my sweet pullet as best I can in this situation.

Agree, find chicks now! Younger chicks will need to be in a separate but in view area for a while, with their brooder plate, until they can integrate with the older birds.
Hope you actually have more than one pullet!
With plenty of space and following safe introduction practices, your one pullet will be delighted to have younger flockmates!
Mary
