Consider selling some of your hens. I am assuming that they are all close to the same age. The problem with that, is they all get old at the same time, and pretty soon, there are a lot of them not laying very much at all.
IMO - a healthier flock, is 1/3 pullets coming into lay, 1 year old birds, 2 year old birds and one or two 3 year old birds. Then you have a few birds moving out of the flock, and a few moving into the flock.
By reducing your flock, you reduce the number of eggs, reduce the feed bill, and get a multi generational flock, which tends to have a better chicken society and healthier as it is over all a younger flock.
