Too many eggs! Suggestions?

I'd love to make Pizelles. But alas, I have no pizelle press.

Check legally, but can you give them away to a food pantry or a food giveaway locally?

I did. Last year I gave away 17 and 18 dozen to my local Bread Shed a couple of times. They took food donations.

What animals, cgr? Don't you have sheep and goats? Do you chop the eggs fir them? And do you feed with the shells on or not?

I have 4 goats only but don't feed them eggs. I have chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, vietnamese pigs, dogs and cats. only cats don't eat shells. dogs and others get calcium from the shells.

WalMart sells a halfway decent one for about $25, but keep an eye out at thrift shops. They're often priced low because people don't know what they are. I picked up my "extra" iron at GoodWill for all of $4.00! Better yet, it was a brand-new, high end press that I've coveted for years!

yes. Goodwill is the best place for irons as well as hair dryers. Always cheap.
