Too many eggs

So I have too many eggs and not enough to sell. So what should i do with them? What are some good recipies that use lots of eggs. We will soon have pigs so i can feed them the eggs. I would still like to know what I should do with them??

Quiche and pecan pie! We never make quiche without at least 6 - 8 eggs. Also, the recipe we use for pecan pie calls for 4 eggs.

Donate them to a local food bank.

Give the extras to your neighbors. My neighbors appreciate five or six eggs on occasion and it makes for an good opportunity to get to know each other or make new connections.

Maybe a local church runs a food bank or knows of some families that could use a helping hand with their food.

When I have extras here some things I do with them:

Scramble them and feed them back to the chickens, I also will give some to the dogs and cats.
Make a custard
Make a pound cake
Pickle them-I love pickled eggs on a salad!
Give them to people

Make a lemon meringue pie!! Such a hit with young children!!

Me and my family can polish off a dozen eggs easy in a day, almost in a sitting, so there is no such thing as too much eggs here at my house.

That's why I have 20 eggs in the bator now! More hens I hope. My luck they will be all roos!
